| Walking into the dining section at a local Whole Foods can easily be turned into a culinary event. Should we have pizza, sushi, a submarine sandwich, or something from the grill? Or we could have a healthy salad, and then slide over to the bakery counter for dessert. “Display cooking,” adds to our retail experience.This concept of display cooking – the creation of multiple dining options and experiences within a café-like setting – is currently under construction at Cranes Mill. We are transforming our main café into a display cooking and dining venue offering a myriad of food choices, all prepared directly in front of our residents and guests.
We will offer a pizza oven, salad bar, coffee and drink bar, sandwich station, grill area, dessert case, and more. Not to mention the great changes to our Pub. Exciting new options to fit everyone’s lifestyle…it’s the essence of Bon Appetit! |
